An English tradition, Boxing Day is the day after Christmas. An old, old name, some say the name refers to re-use of festive boxes to package small gifts for staff, neighbors and friends who gather in the afterglow of the big holiday celebration the night before. As we’ve done for years, Churchill brothers invite their lodge brothers and a few friends to drop by at late morning or after church for a pint of good cheer at Brits Pub, at 1110 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis.
